Chicken and Broccoli

Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cooled.
  • 2 large stalks fresh broccoli cooked 8 to 10 minutes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup, don't add water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Directions

  1. Place broccoli int he bottom of a 9 by 13 inch dish.

  2. Then add diced chicken.

  3. Make a sauce with the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.

  4. Cover chicken with the sauce.

  5. Try to cover everything.

  6. Then sprinkle with another cup of cheddar cheese or sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

  7. Put into the oven at 350 degrees until it is bubbling on the sides.
