Swedish Pancakes

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup sifted flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Beat eggs till thick and lemon-colored.

  2. Stir in milk.

  3. Add dry ingredients to egg mixture and mix until smooth.

  4. Put batter into a lightly greased frying pan a little at a time spreading it evenly to make thin cakes.

  5. Turn when underside is light brown.

  6. Spoon melted butter over, sprinkle with sugar roll up and eat.
