Baked Pineapple

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cup Splenda Granular
  • 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • 3/4 Cup Egg Beaters
  • 1 Dash Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 5 Cups Crushed Pineapple in WATER! (I made my own with fresh pineapple and a food processor))

Directions

  1. e-heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine pineapple with splenda, cornstarch, Egg beaters and salt in a large bowl and mix well. Pour into a 9.5×13.5 baking dish coated with non-stick spray. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
