Dosai Hittu

Ingredients

  • 3 cups raw rice
  • 1 cup urad dhal
  • 1 TBSP methi
  • 1 TBSP toor dhal
  • 1 TBSP moong dhal
  • 1TBSP besan powder

Directions

  1. Soak the rice, urad dhal, methi, toor dhal, and moong dhal in water for 2-3 hours.

  2. Blend well.

  3. Add the besan powder, and blend again.

  4. Let it ferment in warm place for 10-12 hours.

  5. Add salt to taste.

  6. You are ready to make dosai!
