Jell-O Poke Cake

Great for Spring and Summer. Birthdays, Easter, Memorial Weekend, 4th of July.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Jell-O (strawberry or lime is best)
  • 3/4 Cup boiling water
  • 1/2 Cup cold water
  • White Box Cake (Baked & Cooled)
  • Cool Whip

Directions

  1. Bake and cool white box cake in 9×13 pan. Poke holes in top of cake with knife or tooth pick every 1/2 inch.

  2. Disolve box of Jell-O in boiling water. Add cold water and mix. Pour over white cake.

  3. Refrigerate a few hours.

  4. Frost with cool whip and serve.
