Kraut Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can Sauerkraut (Stokley Bavarian, best)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup celery (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup red and green peppers.

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Let stand overnight.

  3. Amount of vegetables can be used as to taste.
