Banana Split Dessert

An old favorite

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham crackers crumbs
  • 3 sticks oleo
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 large bananas, sliced
  • 1 number 2 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • nuts

Directions

  1. Melt 1 stick oleo

  2. add to graham crackers crumbs

  3. mix well, press in bottom of 9 × 13 pan, set aside

  4. beat sugar, 1egg, and 2 sticks oleo for 15 minutes at high speed

  5. add salt

  6. pour over graham crackers

  7. layer sliced bananas then crushed pineapples

  8. top with Cool Whip

  9. add nuts on top (optional)

  10. refrigerate overnight (or at least 5 hours)
