Sooji

Ingredients

  • 1 cup semolina
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 125g butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1/2 c water
  • 1/2 tsp grd cardamon

Directions

  1. Add semolina to butter and cook on low (on stove top) until semolina browns.

  2. In another pot bring the milk, water and spices to the boil.

  3. Add the milk mixture to the semolina.

  4. Simmer on low until thick.

  5. Serve with cream.
