White Truffle Slice

Ingredients

  • 260g white cooking chocolate, chopped
  • 395 g condensed milk
  • 6 squares Turkish Delight, roughly chopped
  • 100g blanched almonds

Directions

  1. Line a loaf tin with baking paper

  2. Over a water bath melt to chocolate and condensed milk until smooth.

  3. Cool slightly and then add the Turkish Dellight and almonds. Stir.

  4. Spoon into prepared tinand cover with plstic wrap.

  5. Refridgerate until firm.
