Olie Bollen

Ingredients

  • 1 kg flour
  • 5 c milk
  • 60 g yeast dissolved in 1/2 c warm water
  • 1 pkt mixed fruit (375g)
  • 2 grated apples
  • 1 tsp salt
  • oil for deep frying

Directions

  1. Dissolve yeast, add to flour.

  2. Beat in milk until smooth; add fruit and salt.

  3. Leave to rise in a warm place.

  4. Drop spoonfuls into hot oil.
