Sourdough Batter

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sourdough starter
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup water, warm

Directions

  1. Bring starter to room temperature.

  2. Add flour and water and mix well. Adjust until batter is the consistency of a light pancake batter.

  3. Cover lightly and let proof until bubbly, about 8-12 hours.

  4. Return leftover batter to refrigerator.
