Raisin Brownie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c raisins
  • 100g butter
  • 200g dark cooking chocolate
  • 1/2 c caster sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c flour
  • icing sugar

Directions

  1. Melt butter, sugar, and vanilla in a saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Add eggs, flour and raisins and stir to combine.

  3. Pour into a greasde and lined lamington tin and bake for 25 minutes in a moderate oven (160-180C).

  4. Cool in tin.

  5. Serve dusted with icing sugar.
