Pizza Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. fettucine, broken
  • 1 pkg sliced pepperoni
  • 1 jar pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 can slice mushrooms
  • 1 T. grated parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Bring 8 cups of water to boiling. Add pasta. Reduce heat. Cook in boiling water for 8-10 min or til tender. Drain. Return to pan. Halve pepperoni. Add to past. Stir in pizza sauce, 3/4 cup mozzarella, mushrooms, and parmesan. Transfer to a 12×7 baking dish. Top with remaining mozz cheese and bake 400 for 15 min.
