Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 cup salsa
- taco seasoning
- spoon the above in a baking dish
- Top with:
- 1 box corn muffin mix
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup drained corn
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can diced green chilies
- Spread above on meat mixture and bake til golden
