Mama D’s Irish Soda Bread

(from Jessica Leigh’s recipe box)

My Ma definitely makes a better Irish Soda Bread than any of the Irish/American restaurants I’ve been to, and her version is definitely a contender against the breads I tasted while in Ireland.
