Sour Cream and Chive Mashed Potatoes

OMG I love mashed potatoes

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes
Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 5-6 medium red potatoes
  • 1/3 cup of milk
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp of dried chives (2 tbsp of fresh chives)
  • 1/2 tbsp of dried parsley
  • a pinch of onion powder
  • 3 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2-3 tbsp sour cream

Directions

  1. Peel and rinse the potatoes, chop into even cubes and boil in salted water for 20 minutes.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

  3. When the potatoes are finished, strain them and then return them to the dry pot for a minute to dry them.

  4. Combine potatoes with the rest of the ingredients and using a mixer, blend everything together.

  5. Serve while hot!
