PORK CHOPS-Daisy Cooks

Ingredients

  • 6-8 1-inch thick loin pork chops
  • 3 tbs dry rub
  • Juice of 3 oranges
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbs cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves of garlic smashed
  • Canola or other vegetable oil
  • Dry Rub
  • 6 tablespoons salt
  • 3 tablespoons onion powder
  • 3 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground oregano

Directions

  1. Rub both sides of chops with dry rub

  2. In a seperate bowl, stir the citrus juices, vinegar and garlic and mix then pour over the chops

  3. Marinate for 1 hour

  4. Heat oil over medium heat and add chops

  5. Cook until chops are well browned on underside (~6mins)

  6. Turn chops and cook until they are firm near the bone (~8 mins)
