Crunchy Baked Chicken with Seasoned Noodles

Serves 3 people

Ingredients

  • chicken breasts
  • mustard
  • mayonnaise
  • bread crumbs
  • lemon pepper
  • dried parsley
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • pasta

Directions

  1. Mix mustard and mayonnaise.

  2. Mix bread crumbs, lemon pepper, dried parsley, garlic powder and salt together in seperate bowl.

  3. Cover chicken breasts with mustard/mayonnaise mixture.

  4. Roll chicken breasts in bread crumb mixture.

  5. Put into casserole dish.

  6. Put some dried parsley in with the pasta.

  7. To cook: Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees on an instant read thermometer.

  8. Boil pasta.

  9. Serve chicken over pasta.
