Mexican Pork

Ingredients

  • 2 Pork chops (about 1.5 lbs)
  • One can (14.5 oz) chopped tomatos
  • One can (4 oz) green chilis
  • One tsp cumin
  • One tsp cayenne pepper
  • One tsp chili powder
  • Dash of salt

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a crock pot.

  2. Make sure chops are submerged

  3. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours

  4. Pull apart with forks and serve in tacos, burritos, or fajitas
