Pie Crust

  • 3 c. cold flour
  • 1-1/2 c. shortening
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 5 Tb. cold water


  1. Work flour into shortening with hands until it resembles meal or has small pea-size lumps. Mix other ingredients together and put into flour and shortening mix. Handle gently.
