Cherry Pie

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1 c. pitted red tart cherries, drained
  • 1 c. cherry pie filling
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tb. butter


  1. Mix flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Add juice from cherries, then cook over medium heat until thick. Add cherries. Put hot filling into crust and cover with top crust. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, then at 375° for 20 minutes.
