Grilled salmon fillets with a lemon, tarragon, and garlic sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 (4oz.) fillets salmon
  • salt and group black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 tsps. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsps. finely grated lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Directions

  1. Prepare a grill for high heat.

  2. Season the salmon with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.

  3. Whisk together the remaining ingredients. Set aside.

  4. Lightly oil the grill grate. Cook the salmon on the grill until the fish flakes easily with a fork, 5-10 minutes. Place on a serving plate and top with the prepared sauce.
