Mary Ann’s Erie Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 unslice load italian bread
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar
  • 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 - 2 cups mayo

Directions

  1. Slide bread horizontally into 2 halves

  2. Mix cheese, onions and enough mayo to spread easily

  3. Spread on bread

  4. Bake on cookie sheet at 400 degrees until bubbly (10 minutes)

  5. Can be frozen before or after baking
