Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. butter, melted
  • 1 c. dark or light corn syrup
  • 1 c. pecan halves

Directions

  1. Combine eggs, sugar, salt, butter, and syrup; beat thoroughly. Stir in nuts. Pour into pastry-lined pie pan. Bake 40-50 minutes at 425° or until filling is set and pastry is brown.
