BBQ Featherbones

  • 10 lb box of pork featherbones
  • your favorite BBQ sauce


  1. Boil the featherbones in a large stock pot for 30-45 minutes.

  2. Grill the featherbones on each side to desired color (they’re already cooked so the heat can be as high as you want it).

  3. Layer the featherbones in a large foil pan, pouring the sauce over each layer.

  4. Cover the pan with aluminum foil.

  5. Bake at 275 degrees for 2-3 hours or when the bones start to separate from the meat.
