Potato Salad Supreme

(from Kitchenette’s recipe box)

Add some pickle juice and dill weed to make it great!

Ingredients

  • 8 large potatoes, cooked and peeled
  • 1 med. onion, minced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 2/3 cup pickles, diced
  • 1/2 t. garlic powder
  • 1/4 t. turmeric
  • 3 T. McKay's chicken seasoning
  • 4 T. yeast flakes
  • 1 t. onion powder
  • 3 cups vegenaise
  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. When potatoes are completely cold, cut into desired sized cubes.

  2. Mix ALL ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.

  3. Chill

  4. Best if served the next day.
