Artichoke Heart Dip

Great with rice crackers or crocottes

Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup parmesan
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  1. Mix together all ingredients.

  2. Sprinkle top with paprika

  3. Bake in oven proof bowl(s) for 20 minutes at 350 degrees

  4. Cool
