Baked Stuffed Clams

Ingredients

  • 1 can minced clams
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 6 tbs seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  1. Saute onion in vegetable oil

  2. Empty clams and liquid into bowl

  3. Mix in crumbs

  4. Add sauteed onion, oregano, and garlic powder

  5. Fills 15-20 clam shells (or more if they are small)

  6. Bake 10 – 15 minutes at 350 degrees
