Broccoli Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 1 T butter
  • 1 jar (8 oz) process cheese spread
  • 1 can (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (5 oz) evaporated mile
  • 3 cups cooked rice

Directions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, saute onion, celery and broccoli in butter for 3-5 minutes

  2. Stir in cheese, soup, milk until smooth.

  3. Place rice in a greased 8-inch square baking dish

  4. Pour cheese mixture over; do not stir

  5. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly
