Crock-pot Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts, whole boneless
  • 1 tsp chicken bouillon
  • 6 thin ham slices
  • 1/2 c white wine
  • 6 slices swiss cheese
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1/4 c cold water
  • 1/4 c water

Directions

  1. Pound chicken to 1/4" thick. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on top. Roll up and wrap with a slice of bacon and hold with a toothpick. Place in crock pot.

  2. Combine the 1/4 cup water, bouillon, and wine and pour over meat. Cook on high 4 hours.

  3. Combine cornstarch plus 1/4 cup cold water and add to pot and cook to thicken just before meal.
