Grilled Fish with Spicy Rub

  • 1/2 T paprika
  • 1/2 T cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/4t black pepper
  • 1/4 t garlic powder
  • 1/4 t onion powder
  • 1 T fresh parsley, finely minced
  • 4 6 oz. mahi mahi fillets
  • nonfat cooking spray


  1. Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.

  2. In a small plastic bag, mix the paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and parsley.

  3. Shake well and pour onto a plate.

  4. Press the fillets into the rub and turn to cover thoroughly.

  5. Grill the fish for 4-7 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily.
