Alfredo Pesto Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 C fresh spinach
  • 1 C fresh parsley
  • 2/3 C green onion
  • 1/2 C Parmesan cheese
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 1 pkg Mori-nu tofu
  • 3 T chicken seasoning
  • 1/4 C water
  • 1/3 C olive oil
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1 Lb cooked pasta

Directions

  1. Whiz fresh herbs and a small portion of tofu in blender until the herbs are almost a liquid consistency.

  2. Add remaining ingredients.

  3. Pour over pasta and serve immediately.
