Herbed Corn

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, softened
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 8 ears sweet corn, husked

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients.

  2. Spread 1 tablespoon over each ear of corn. Wrap corn individually in heavy-duty foil.

  3. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, turning frequently, or until corn is tender.
