Chicken Stir Fry

Cut up chicken in morning before work if possible.

Cook time: 6 minutes
Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • chicken
  • vegetables
  • scallions
  • water chestnuts
  • nuts
  • sesame or peanut oil
  • ginger
  • soy sauce
  • cornstarch
  • scalli

Directions

  1. Stir fry chicken in wok with sesame or peanut oil.

  2. Remove chicken and set aside

  3. Stir fry vegetables, adding other ingredients, until vegetables are slightly firm

  4. Add the chicken back into the wok

  5. Stir fry and serve over or next to rice or lo mein.
