Hot Chicken Salad Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 2 cups diced celery
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (I use Hellman's)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2/3 cup crushed potato chip (I use Ruffles)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except cheese and potato chips.

  2. Pour into a shallow, buttered 2-quart casserole.

  3. Combine cheese and potato chips and spread on top.

  4. Bake uncovered 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
