Rhubarb Slushee

Ingredients

  • 5 cups rhubarb
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tin frozen lemonade
  • 1 tin frozen fruit punch
  • 2L 7-up or gingerale

Directions

  1. Boil the rhubarb until mushy, drain juice, discard rhubarb.

  2. Mix in sugar and frozen juices into a pail and freeze.

  3. A couple hours before serving take out of freezer. Add 7-up or gingerale just before serving.
