Omelet Brunch

Ingredients

  • 18 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs, sour cream, milk, and salt and pepper.

  2. Fold in the green onions.

  3. Pour mixture into a greased 13×9 inch baking dish.

  4. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until eggs are set.

  5. Immediately sprinkle cheese over the top.

  6. Let set a few minutes then cut into squares and serve.
