Cheese and Rotel Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) cans diced rotel (tomatoes and green chilies)
  • 2 lbs Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • tortilla chips

Directions

  1. Put Rotel (and its juice) and cubed Velveeta in the slow cooker.

  2. Cover and cook on low for about 2 hours. 3 Stirring occasionally.

  3. Serve with the Tortilla chips.
