Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 c butter, softened
  • 1/2 c icing sugar
  • 1/4 c cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 c flour

Directions

  1. eat oven to 350.

  2. Whip butter until fluffy. Stir in icing sugar, cornstarch & flour. Beat on low for 1 minute, then on high for 3-4 minutes.

  3. Drop cookies by spoonfulls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

  4. Bake 12-15 minutes in preheated oven.

  5. Dont let edges brown to much.
