Chinese-Style Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 small red or green pepper, cut into 2-inch-long strips (about 1 cup)
  • 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell's® Chicken Gravy
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 4 cups hot cooked regular long-grain white rice

Directions

    • Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until it’s browned, stirring often. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
    • Add the broccoli and pepper and cook until they’re tender-crisp, stirring often. Return the chicken to the skillet.
    • Stir the gravy, soy and ginger in the skillet and ccok until the chicken is cooked through. Serve over the rice.
