Spinach Onion Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 envelope (about 1 ounce) dry onion soup and recipe mix
  • 1 container (16 ounces) sour cream
  • 1 package (about 10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1/3 cup chopped toasted almonds (optional)
  • crackers, chips or fresh vegetables

Directions

  1. Stir the soup mix, sour cream, spinach and almonds, if desired, in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve with the crackers for dipping.
