Brazilian Chocolate Cupcakes

A very dense chocolate cupcake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cups Flour
  • 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
  • 1 1/2 TSP Baking Powder
  • 1/2 TSP Salt
  • 3/4 Cup Cocoa
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 TSP Vanilla
  • 2/3 Cup Milk

Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

  2. Add eggs and continue to beat.

  3. Add milk and the dry ingredients.

  4. Beat until smooth.

  5. Pour batter into greased cupcake tins – 1/3 to 1/2 full.

  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

  7. Put on racks to cool.

  8. Frost
