Caramel Icing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 (3/4) cup butter
  • 1 (1-1/2) cups brown sugar
  • 1/4 (3/8) cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 (3/8) cup confectioners sugar

Directions

  1. Cook butter and sugar together until smooth and thick.

  2. Add evaporated milk and bring to a boil.

  3. Remove from heat, add confectioners sugar and beat with a whisk until smooth.
