Baked Ham

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 8 1/2 ounce crushed pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Ham
  • Whole cloves
  • Pineapple slices

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the first 6 ingredients.

  2. Simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly

  3. Boil and stir for 1 minute

  4. Place ham in a pan and add 6 ounces of water

  5. Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes per pound at 325

  6. Remove foil half an hour before done

  7. Pour off drippings

  8. Score the ham

  9. Pour the glaze on top of the ham

  10. Garnish with cloves and pineapple slices

  11. Cook for an additional 30 minutes
