Double Layer Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 OZ. Philadelphia Cream Cheese Soften (microwave on high 15-20 sec.)
  • 1 Teaspoon milk
  • 1 Teaspoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 Cups Thawed Cool Whip
  • 1 Prepared Graham Cracker Crust (6 oz.)
  • 1 Cup Cold Milk
  • 2 Pkg. (4 serving) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
  • 2 Cans (17 oz.) Whole Sweet Potatoes in Syrup, Drained, mashed
  • 1 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tsp. Ground Ginger
  • 1/4 Tsp. Ground cloves

Directions

  1. MIX cream cheese, 1 Tsp. milk and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Gently stir whipped topping. spread on bottom of crust.

  2. POUR 1 cup cold milk into large bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 1 min.(will thicken) Stir in sweet potatoes and spices with wire whisk until well mixed. Spread over cream cheese layer.

  3. REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until set.
