Pumpkin Pie

This is the best pumkin pie ever

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 c. cooked pumpkin
  • 1 can Eagle Brand Milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 uncooked pie shell (deep dish)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie shell

  2. Bake @ 375 for 50-55 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean when put into middle of pie.

  3. Cool and serve with whipped cream
