Lemonade Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 sm instant lemon pudding
  • 1 c. + 1 tablespoon water +1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • Icying:
  • 2c. powdered sugar
  • 1 sm. can frozen lemonade, thawed

Directions

  1. Mix cake mix, dry pudding, water and lemon juice, eggs and oil.

  2. Pour into greased 9 × 13 baking dish and bake @ 350 for 30 minutes

  3. In a seperate bowl mix powdered sugar and lemonade until smooth.

  4. When cake is done poke holes in cake and pour icying in holes and return to oven and cook for 5 more minutes
