Pinto Beans

Ingredients

  • 2-3 cups dry pinto beans, rinsed and cleaned
  • 1 15oz can diced tomatoes
  • salty bacon or ham
  • Green onion, diced
  • 1 lb. hamburger, fried,seasoned and drained
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and cover with water just to cover the beans.

  2. Check every few hours if water is low add more Hot water. Cook about 10 hours on low.
