Pork chops and Potatoes

  • 6 bone in pork chops
  • 6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup


  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Brown pork chops in a little oil in large skillet. Add a little bit of water and simmer about 20 minutes.

  2. Place pork chops in a 9 × 13 pan, top with potatoes and onions.

  3. In the same pan you cooked the pork chops in, put in both cans of cream of mushroom soup. Stir until smooth and then pour over the pork chops and potatoes and cover with foil and bake @ 350 for 1hr
