Broccoli and cheddar dip

Ingredients

  • 1 envelope Lipton vegetable soup mix
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 10 ounce frozen broccoli or spinach
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In casserole, combine all of the ingredients and 3/4 cup cheese until smooth

  3. Top with remaining cheese

  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until brown
